New Furnish Referral Program
During the last three months, we’ve been on a mission to help owners, investors, and property managers frustrated with setting up new properties for short-term rental. The old way of doing this requires someone to spend 40+ hours designing, procuring, and installing everything their properties need to be “guest ready”. Since launching the New Furnish Program, we’ve heard a collective sigh of relief from the clients we’ve been able to help and now want to open it up to even more people setting up new listings.
As a member of our Showplace, you can now refer hosts, investors, or PMs to join our New Furnish Program and earn 1-2.5% of whatever they spend with us on their first project.
Referees can earn between $100 and $750 for every referral they make.
Clients have saved thousands of dollars on interior design fees and furniture purchases by joining the New Furnish Program. Clients also enjoy the savings we’ve negotiated on behalf of our host community and will often pay 10-30% less than retail on everything we curate for their properties. We think it’s a true win-win.
Our process takes 4-6 weeks to complete. First, clients undergo a rigorous intake process to identify property details and quirks, ideal guest profiles, design preferences, and final mile delivery and installation timeline. Next, they meet with their designer and collect feedback on their initial designs and mood board. Lastly, our operations team will coordinate shipping and delivery.
