Please load dirty dishes into the dishwasher and start it. Hand wash any utensils that dont fit. * Laundry detergent is provided. Place all dirty towels outside the bathroom door. * In winter, avoid using the thermostats on Heat-Only mode * Cover all outdoor furniture, the grill, and the hot tub when not in use. * Do not turn off or adjust the temperature settings on the hot tub. * Clean the grill thoroughly after each use. * In the game room, cover the pool table, hang the balls and cue sticks on the rack, and neatly box all games after use. * Store all food in the refrigerator, especially during the summer months. * Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited; a $250 fee will apply for any violations. * Pets are permitted only with prior notification and approval. Bringing pets without notification will result in a $300 fee. * The garage has been converted into a game room, so please do not attempt to open the garage door. * Pets are welcome for a fee of $50 per pet, per stay. * No events, parties, or large gatherings * Please report any damages that occur during stay * Late Check Out Fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours, and $500 for any extended time. * These fees ensure fair compensation for our cleaners, or any subsequent guests affected by delays. If you need a late checkout, please inquire in advance. Depending on upcoming bookings, we might accommodate you, though a fee might still apply. * Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers.
